OUR MISSION STATEMENT Generation Solutions` mission is to provide an integrated program of home care services intended to enable older adults to live comfortably, securely, and independently in their own homes as long as possible. Generation Solutions is a company founded on the premise that older adults prefer to spend their retirement years, living in their own home. The company was established in 1998 in Central Virginia, and founded by P. Tulane Patterson. A second office opened in Roanoke Virginia in 2000. Generation Solutions offers a comprehensive program of retirement and home health care services delivered in the home of the client. These services include MEDICARE SKILLED services such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides; private duty services such as companion, personal care aides, home health aides, skilled nursing and geriatric care management. Our goal is to coordinate all the home care services you or your loved one needs with just one phone call. Our team is made of of respected and experienced experts in Senior Care with over 100 years combined experience caring for seniors in Lynchburg and the surrounding localities. We are also licensed to train certified nursing assistants, notably as the leading provider of Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides in the area. We are proud to be recognized as on of the 2013 Home Care Elite Top 500 certified Medicare agencies in the United States.
