How do our home care services work?
A care coordinator from Glamorous HomeCare will provide your loved one with a home assessment. A home assessment allows us to identify and recognize the needs of your loved one at home, including care preferences, current health conditions, and other care requirements.
We will then create a care plan based on the needs of your loved one. From time to time, the individualized care plan will be customized to fit the changing needs of your family member.
A caregiver who is highly skilled and compassionate will provide the care your loved one needs daily or depending on the preferred time of care.
